In this lesson we focus on the transactional writing component of the Edexcel GCSE English Language exam. You will watch a short horror video (suitable for everyone), before answering questions to help you form your opinion and deepen your understanding of the video. You will then be guided through the planning and writing stages and given subheadings and sentence starters. Finally you have the opportunity to practice self assessment and there is an extension task of a creative writing prompt.
